Lucius Gray
Owner
Lucius Gray is the owner of First In Consulting, LLC, and is a licensed roofer. He has more than 25 years of fire and EMS experience. Lucius and Ashly created First In Consulting to be a company that was grounded in honesty and integrity and serving the community. His experience in roofing and sales gives customers peace of mind and confidence that they are receiving the best product for their needs. With Lucius’ background in public service, he has a heart for serving his customers with respect and compassion.
Kyle Gray
Owner
Kyle Gray is new to the company and comes from a background in fire and EMS. He covers multiple counties and was recently honored with the Hometown Hero Award from CAT 105.3 New Country.
When Kyle is not serving his community, he enjoys fishing, hunting, camping and a few swings of the club at top golf.
Brice Richardson

Office Admin
Brice Richardson has been a vital part of our team for a while now, serving as our dedicated Operations Manager. She plays a key role in keeping things running smoothly—handling all office operations, streamlining the roofing process to ensure timely installations, and managing dispatch for our trucking division. Outside of work, Brice is a First Responder with Orangeburg County. She enjoys spending time with her daughter and family. She enjoys to cast a line and catch some fish, as well as work on crafts.
Suesan recently joined our team working with the insurance companies and supplemental to ensure you have a smooth claim process. Suesan also is our book keeper of the company. She brings her a strong work ethic, a compassionate spirit, and a love for the outdoors. When she’s not hard at work, she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, caring for animals, and working on the farm. Her dedication to family, nature, and hands-on work makes her a perfect fit for our team, and we’re thrilled to have her on board.

Hunter is our newest addition to the roof sales team. Hunter brings a strong work ethic and fresh perspective to our team. When he is not busy helping clients with their roofing needs, he loves spending his free time fishing and attending mud bogs. Hunter’s passion for the outdoors keeps him adventurous and ready for any challenge.
Driver
Todd is a dedicated driver on our transportation team, known for safely and efficiently delivering loads on time. With 28 years of driving experience, Todd brings a wealth of knowledge and reliability to every job. He’s also a paramedic of 21 years and a firefighter of 35 years—truly a public servant at heart. When he’s not on the road, Todd enjoys spending time with his kids, sharing laughs, and exploring new places. His commitment, experience, and heart for service make him a valued member of our team.
Laborer
Jason is a motivated and enthusiastic laborer who recently joined our team. Although new to the company, Jason bring a keen willingness to learn. Jason is eager to contribute to our projects and grow within the company. His dedication to teamwork makes him a promising addition to our workforce.
